Premier Design Group, was founded in 2009 by Steve Marion. As a design manager for Wal-Mart, then the nation’s largest private land developer, Steve directed all aspects of building, site design and permitting for 200,000 Sq. ft. buildings. Working with 30 engineering companies, top architectural firms and leading developers provided Steve with unique perspective on project management processes and how those processes helped or hindered client communication, decision-making, and client satisfaction. Steve used this experience and insight to develop the service ethic for Premier Design Group.
